Summary of Responsibilities:

• Support the Operations Administrator in carrying out their responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for all company management and staff, including support for the company’s back office functions

• Ensure CRM system is maintained and updated accordingly

• Analyze proposals as necessary to correctly enter and code new engagements into the Company’s CRM system to ensure accurate fulfillment of services by consultants and the Company

• Enter time and expenses for staff as necessary

• Schedule sales and client meetings on a daily basis

• Perform routine follow-ups with clients and respond to inquiries via email and over the phone

• Assist company personnel with preparing proposals, reports, memos and other documents

• Coordinate travel, meetings and other arrangements for company events

• Update and maintain company mailing list

• Make photocopies and scan and fax documents.

• Answer phones and direct incoming calls

• Organize and maintain client files

• Prepare correspondence and perform other clerical functions

• Perform other ad-hoc work and special projects as requested to support the company on various initiatives

• At least two to four years’ experience performing administrative or clerical duties in an office setting

• Possess a general understanding of the sales lifecycle

• Proficiency in the use of office equipment, including voice messaging systems, faxes, photo copiers, and scanners

• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, Adobe Acrobat, and the Internet

• College degree strongly preferred. Concentration in business, computers, or office management is an asset

• Willing to undertake minimal travel

Compensation and Benefits: 

Compensation would be competitive and commensurate with experience. Compensation would include a base hourly rate and also may include a discretionary bonus. ACA offers a comprehensive benefits package.
